  Disappointingly, with points expiring from last season before a suitable race for the team commencing, it was inevitable that the Gayboys team would slip back into div 7.
  On the positive note, the chance to compete against some slightly less complete teams may see the opportunity that this presents taken with strong performances this weekend. It is only hoped that the leaders stay injury free as they do need to take a short break from the intensive racing and training regime that they have been undertaking.
  Byron Evers has completed his climbing training, and is now commencing a program focussing on his downhill abilities in order to ensure a more complete rider.
